™Cayia provides software tools for organizing business information. ™Cayia is not a law firm, accountant, tax preparer, financial advisor, bank, payment processor, property manager, or government agency. You are responsible for reviewing your records, reports, AI outputs, project information, rental information, and business decisions before relying on them.

Please read the terms before creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, connecting AI, inviting team members, entering customer or tenant information, or relying on reports generated by ™Cayia.

  • Review your plan, trial length, renewal price, device limits, and user limits before subscribing.
  • Review all AI-generated suggestions, scanned document results, imported information, and auto-filled fields before saving.
  • Use Cloud Sync and team permissions carefully when giving another person access to your business workspace.
  • Keep your API keys, account credentials, customer information, tenant information, and business records secure.
